Island HC brings together three age-tier teams across Vancouver Island under one development philosophy — a single, unified approach to skill-building both on the ice and off it.
The program operates in partnership with the Cowichan Capitals organization, giving players a direct connection to a Junior A environment as they progress — coaching continuity, a shared standard, and a real next step for the players ready for it.
Our focus is simple: help every player on Vancouver Island who wants to reach the next level actually get there, while building the habits and character that carry past hockey.
